Re-Enrol a Person with BiodeTIME Mobile App

Re-enrolment will generally not be necessary; however, if the person's face has been altered by any surgical procedure, then it is recommended to re-enrol. 


To re-enrol a person, use the following instructions:

Step 1: Select the "People" tile from the main menu.  

Step 2: Find the person in the list of people.

Step 3: Click on the menu button on the right hand side of the person and select "Edit".

Step 4: Find the section "BiodeTIME Mobile App Code" and ensure "Enrol / Re-enrol Face Biometrics" is enabled.

 


Step 6: Enter the person's Email Address or Mobile Number.


Click "Send as SMS" to send the registration code as an SMS to the person. 

Ensure the correct mobile number is entered in the Mobile Number text box.


or


Click "Send as Email" to send the registration code as an Email to the person. 

Ensure the correct Email address is entered in the Email Address text box.


Step 7: Click Update to save and send the BiodeTIME code with re-enrolment instructions.
