BiodeTIME Trial Signup
This user guide will assist you through the steps of signing up to our Free BiodeTIME Trial and taking the unique features we offer for a test drive.

Where to start the trial:
There are 2 methods you can choose from to signup for the trial:
Method 1: Install the BiodeTIME mobile application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Upon opening the app on your device you will see the Start Free Trial button on the main screen.
Method 2: Visit our website at https://www.biodehub.com.au/ and click on "Start Free Trial" from either a desktop PC or a mobile device.
Account creation:
This is a simple 4 step process to collect the user information necessary to create your trial.
- Enter your full name and then click "Next".
- Enter your email address and click "Next".
- Optionally you may enter a Mobile Number, then click "Next".
- Enter a Company Name for your Trial, then click "Finish".
- Confirmation of your account creation.
You should receive an email to your chosen address with the next steps.
Please check your Email inbox. This guide now resumes from the email you will receive.
Welcome to BiodeTIME:
The email you've received will have links to the app store for your device, and a BiodeTIME registration code.
- If you haven't already installed the app, click the Store link relevant to your device (Android or Apple) under Step 1.
- Install the BiodeTIME app from the App Store.
- After the installation is complete, open the BiodeTIME app on your device.
Completing your registration:
Open the BiodeTIME app on your device and follow these steps to biometrically enrol your face.
- Upon opening the app you will be greeted with the following screen:
- Enter the Code you should have received inside the email. Click "Next".
- BiodeTIME requires device location permission to accurately attach a location to your presentations and timesheet entries. We recommend you select "While using the app".
- You will then have the option to enrol. Click "Enrolment".
- Click "Next" on the following informational screen about enrolment.
- You may be asked for Camera permissions. This is required to enrol and use the app.
- Centre your face within the frame and follow the on-screen instructions to biometrically enrol yourself.
- Upon a successful enrolment, you will next be prompted to use this as your profile photo, to take a new photo, to upload an existing photo from your device or to not have a profile photo. Select the option based on your preference.
Identify and create your first Presentation:
- The next screen, with the only option being to identify is the main screen you will see each time you open BiodeTIME.
Let's create our first "Identification", and "Presentation" which will be to Start a shift. Click on the button. - You will now be prompted to biometrically identify your face against your previous enrolment.
Follow the on-screen hints to centre your face within the frame.
Upon a successful identification you will be shown the following options:
Select "Start". This will create a timestamped record with attached geolocation to your users presentation history. - Congratulations! You have now successfully enrolled into BiodeTIME and been able to create timesheet entries.
You will now receive another email which will include a link to "Setup your Password" - Click "Set up Password". You will be redirected to the BiodeTIME login portal.
After creating a password you will be able to add new users and interact with numerous BiodeTIME features.
We recommend setting up your password and logging into our portal on a desktop PC - or a device with a larger screen.
